Ailyn was born and raised in St. George, Utah, where strong community ties and close family relationships helped shape her caring, people-first approach to life and work. She is deeply family-oriented and values time spent with extended family, believing that meaningful connections are the foundation of both personal fulfillment and professional success.
Ailyn serves as a Worship and Music Leader at her church, a role that reflects her love for music and her desire to uplift and support others. Music plays a central role in her life, and she is also an aspiring songwriter who enjoys using creativity as a form of expression and connection. Her favorite movie, Pitch Perfect, perfectly aligns with her appreciation for harmony, teamwork, and the joy of music.
Known for her compassion and reliability, Ailyn was the primary caretaker for her nephew during the first two years of his life—an experience that strengthened her sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy. Her nurturing nature extends to her love of animals. She currently cares for five cats and two dogs, Cookie and Astro, and dreams of one day living on a farm surrounded by animals and open space.
Outside of work, Ailyn has a strong interest in fashion and design, enjoying the creative process and personal expression they allow. She also loves staying active and social by playing pickleball.
Professionally, Ailyn is committed to building caring, personal relationships with clients. At Landmark Risk Management, she strives to ensure every client feels valued and appreciated, not just as a policyholder, but as a trusted partner. Her goal is to create meaningful, supportive experiences that leave clients feeling confident, respected, and genuinely cared for.
